About Nikara

Nikara is an an EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner with a background in Reiki and Craniosacral Massage. She is passionate about helping others overcome any challenges they are facing, particularly in the realm of trauma healing. She draws from a variety of modalities allowing her to tailor her approach for each person.

Nikara holds certificates in Level I, II & III Usui Reiki and Level I Craniosacral Therapy from The Upledger Insitute.
